Hi, Please keep communication on the list, so that others may benefit from the answers to your questions. Your first question is answered at http://playerstage.sourceforge.net/wiki/Download. Player and Stage are currently available in Fedora 13, Gazebo is not. Player and Stage both work as well as they do when you compile and install from source. Player and Stage are both already in Ubuntu's repositories, they're just out of date. Fortunately, packages for newer versions of Player, Stage, and Gazebo are available in a PPA, which can also be found at http://playerstage.sourceforge.net/wiki/Download. It is possible to get Gazebo packages included in the main Ubuntu repositories, and it's also possible to get Player and Stage updated (I believe player 3.0.1 is built in debian sid). If you're requesting that I do it personally, you're barking up the wrong tree; I am not involved in Ubuntu's packaging effort. Subject: Hi Hi I had a query and a request (1) Is there Player-Stage-Gazebo in the fedora-13 repositories ? Does it work cool ? (2) Since Ubuntu is a rage in Linux-Distros, can there be any opportunity of adding Player-Stage-Gazebo to the repository of Ubuntu-10.10 (may be ? , out for release in Oct 2010 ) Best Regards Arkapravo -- Arkapravo Bhaumik Website : http://3chevrons.blogspot.com/, http://mobotica.blogspot.com/ E-mail : ark...@gm...
