Yes I can run "stage -g" to disable stage gui, but I'm not using it standalone.
I need player to let my programs connecting to robots and sensors.
So is it possible to start player (with stageplugin ) and a simulated environment without GUI?
Or once that I run stage (executed with "-g" option), how can I start player, connecting it to the already running simulated environment?
I hope to have explained well my problem.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Subject: [Playerstage-users] How to run a Stage 3.2.2 simulation without GUI?

Hi everybody,

I would like to run simulations with player/stage on a machine without x11 server.
I know that in the past it was possible to disable the opening of GUI's window, setting a flag to true in the stage world file (GUI_DISABLE 1).
This feature is no longer supported in the latest version of the simulator. I've tried without success.
Does someone know a way to work around the problem?

Thank you in advance
