Hello,

I'm trying to build Player from SVN, and I'm running into problems after problems. I used to do that easily from the releases, but it doesn't work that well with the SVN:
There is no ./configure file, so I googled around and found that autoreconf or aclocal autoconf autoheader automake should make it. No dice. I'm still a beginner at compiling, and it seems I'm missing some important information.

here's what I get (from a fresh download of the SVN):

tompouce@deskone:~/svn/player$ autoreconf
configure.ac:27: required file `./config.sub' not found
configure.ac:27:   `automake --add-missing' can install `config.sub'
configure.ac:42: required file `./missing' not found
configure.ac:42:   `automake --add-missing' can install `missing'
configure.ac:42: required file `./install-sh' not found
configure.ac:42:   `automake --add-missing' can install `install-sh'
configure.ac:27: required file `./config.guess' not found
configure.ac:27:   `automake --add-missing' can install `config.guess'
client_libs/libplayerc++/Makefile.am: required file `./depcomp' not found
client_libs/libplayerc++/Makefile.am:   `automake --add-missing' can install `depcomp'
libplayercore/Makefile.am:9: shell find $(srcdir: non-POSIX variable name
libplayercore/Makefile.am:9: (probably a GNU make extension)
server/libplayerdrivers/Makefile.am:26: shell find $(top_builddir: non-POSIX variable name
server/libplayerdrivers/Makefile.am:26: (probably a GNU make extension)
configure.ac:70: required file `./ltmain.sh' not found
autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1

What is it that I'm missing?

Thanks in advance
