Yes, a better way to update the Media directory is in the TODO
If you have any idea about how to do it, please send a patch.

 That's probably it, it looks like Scons only checks to see if the Media
directory exists when installing, so since I had an old Media directory
it didn't install any of the new content. After deleting the Media
directory and running scons install again it was created correctly.
