IsValid is set to true if you have received data on the proxy. As simulation proxy does not recieve data packets (only requests) it will never show up as 'Valid'.

Hi all,
I'm sorry if you already discussed this topic, but I cannot find a
search feature in the mailing list archives.

It seems that SimulationProxy::IsValid() always return false, even if,
skipping this control, the subsequent functions like GetPose2d work
correctly.

Is it a bug?
