I am trying to blur a depth map shadow using the shadow "blur" parameter.
The blur parameter works for raytrace shadows:
The blur parameter does not work with depth map shadows:
I typically use a blur value of about 0.1. In my tests, the blur value does not have any effect on the depth map shadow.
Oddly enough, the width parameter does work to blur shadows:
I am currently using liquidmaya and Pixie 2.11 (revision 796 from svn).

It looks like support for the "blur" parameter for non raytraced textures was missed out.
I'll fix it for the next release.
Tou can use "width" to corrrect for this, though it's a less intuitive parameter for that purpose.
I just got the latest version of pixie from svn and blur for shadow maps works perfectly now.
