#95 ray trace hider messes up geometry

When using the ray trace hider Pixie renders triangles that are distorted and possibly corrupted. When using the default hider the car renders as it should. It seems that the wheels are fine, it is just the body of the car.

The .rib geometry came from the ribmosaic Blender exporter so something funky could be going on there.

    This is also a scene file problem. Some of the surfaces were set as one sided instead of double sided. Setting this to double sided the ray trace hider now looks like the standard hider.
