#69 round() performs truncation rather than rounding

It looks like the round() function in Pixie is truncating rather than rounding to the nearest integer.

The attached surface shader creates evenly spaced ellipses based on UV coordinates. When applied to a quadric sphere in Renderman the ellipse appear correct but in Pixie only a quadrant is rendered.
