I wrote an improved nick tracker for pisg.

Unlike the existing one which is stateless, this one
works by keeping track of nick changes during
"sessions" from join to quit/part.

When merging stats for each file it then finds the main
nick for each session (the one with most activity, or
shortest one/alphabetically first one as secondary
criteria).

This works better when people do silly things like
renaming themselves as other users which totally
confuses the current nick tracker and merges several
people into one alias.

The new tracking is enabled with NickTracking="2" so
the old one is still available and works as before.

    This is a patch and not a bug report, right? There is a
    patch tracker as well for this project.

    Yes, it's a patch (although I did consider the old nick
    tracking a bug and fixed it with this). Sorry for using the
    wrong tracker, should I resubmit it on the patch tracker?

    I don't think so. Project admins can move this item to the
    patch tracker, if they want to.
