Fixes:
When pinging multiple hosts with a small interval value and we don't get a
response right away (or a timeout occurs) it would affect other pings
ICMP class wasnt using parameters for EchoRequest correctly
Was incorrectly checking if DF was set for the host
Exception would occur if you removed a host from the middle of the list and
then try and start one below it
