Actually I'd really rather that Windows users were forbidden from
sending packets out onto the interweb in any fashion.
This is, of course, completely orthogonal to the issue at hand... I
agree that a fix should be issued, but I am not the person to do it
and I do not have the time to do so even if I were.
To surrender one's personal weapon is to invite disaster. This has
been obvious for so long and so often that there is probably a Greek
word for the practice.
