Hello! Congrats for this excellent app! I tried to upgrade to 0.71, since M$ banned old clients, but autoconf can't find the gtk2-devel package on my SuSE 8.1 system, which is installed. Exporting CFLAGS to be "-I/usr/include/gtk-2.0" has as a result the following error (from config.log): configure:2626: gcc -c -I/usr/include/gtk-2.0/ -I/usr/include conftest.c >&5 configure:2629: $? = 0 configure:2632: test -s conftest.o configure:2635: $? = 0 configure:2653: result: none needed configure:2671: gcc -c -I/usr/include/gtk-2.0/ -I/usr/include conftest.c >&5 conftest.c:2: error: parse error before "me" configure:2674: $? = 1 configure: failed program was: | #ifndef __cplusplus | choke me | #endif Any hints? Configuration: elathan@velka:~> /sbin/ldconfig -v | grep gtk libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 -> libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0.200.1 libgtk-1.2.so.0 -> libgtk-1.2.so.0.9.1 libgnorbagtk.so.0 -> libgnorbagtk.so.0.0.0 libgtkhtml-2.so.0 -> libgtkhtml-2.so.0.0.0 Please 'cc' me as I'm not subscribed. The configure script should automatically find gtk+. Please try: pkg-config --cflags gtk+-2.0 If this works, configure will find gtk+-2.0. If not, check if the package "pkgconfig" is installed or search for gtk+-2.0.pc and add the path of the file to PKG_CONFIG_PATH (without the file name9. For instance: =09export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=3D/my/path:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH =09./configure Bj=F6rn |

I did an strace, but everything seems okay (it finds the file and maps it without an error). Regards, -- University of Athens I bet the human brain Physics Department is a kludge --Marvin Minsky |

SSL support is provided by gnutls or nss. Herbert |
