I lose my net connection (campus lan drops repeatedly) and i'm logged into MSN and AIM at the same time, the auto-reconnect plugin on wingaim kicks in and then boom, gaim crashes.
I can't be sure but it might also happen if I try connecting manually to both accounts with no net connection too. I assume it's because both requests are timing out and something bad happens when there's two at once, or something.
This seems to have been going since v.78 when I first started using gaim and it's still here in v1.0 on winxp, but, is this just me?

Follow the instructions at http://gaim.sourceforge.net/win32/#debug in order to obtain a crash report and the post it to the bug tracker.
It's not just you. I've had this same issue and have had to roll back to .78 after each release.
I have had the same problems, and reported it under the 'reconnect problems' thread. I also opened a bug but no one has looked at it yet.
