#1 encryption header check needs to skip leading garbage

Trying to get an encrypted session going between
windows and linux, I found that the windows client was
putting some html with font info in front of the
encrypted message. I believe that info is added if the
user on the windows machine has changed his default
font in gaim. The search for the encryption header
should skip any leading unencrypted info on the
message. The attached patch seems to work.

    This has been fixed in CVS for a while, I believe, and
    should also be fixed in 1.16 (backported fix from CVS). If
    you see this problem with a current CVS version, or with
    1.16, please let me know. Thanks!
