#7 Pilfonts are incorrectly stored as text in CVS repository

The pilfonts files (*.pil, *.pbm) in the Piddle module seem to have been incorrectly imported into the SourceForge CVS repository as text, so "cvs co piddle" checks them out incorrectly to non-unix machines. This prevents PiddlePIL from working properly under Windows/DOS (and perhaps on Macs also). Substituting the proper binary fonts from the tarball fixes the problem.

Suggested fix:
Apply "cvs admin -kb *.pil *.pbm" to the pilfonts directory.

Discussion

  • Thanks for the report!

I have marked the pilfonts files with cvs admin -kb *.pil *.pbm as you suggested. (They are also listed in cvswrappers)

Could you let me know if the problem is solved next time you check out a module? -chris
