#19 Lost connection and more

Hi,
I installed Phoenix and now I have following problems:

So, please, can someone help me?

Oh, I forgot ... 2nd problem happens too with the new beta.
I have Win98SE. Maybe it's important.

This could be caused by a firewall or proxy server that is
blocking you, or you have a very slow internet connection. I
can't think of anything else. Try another e-mail client and see
if you get the same results.
