I do not know how to solve your problem. However, consider: a. Saying what version you have of PhpWiki, PHP, MySql (or whatever your backend is), etc. You know, detail. b. Cutting a chunk out of edit.php near lines 63, 69, and 96 to post in your question. c. emailing phpwiki-talk. I am uncertain if that is better than the SourceForge forum, but it seems better to me.
