?action=upgrade would have imported it, if the database
section went through.

True, I haven't created that page yet. RecentComments also
not yet.

The real problem is some DB action=upgrade problems with the
sf.net configuration. See also the bug reports on
action=upgrade.
Everybody has to go through that ...

I checked in a fixed version of lib/upgrade.php, which at
first upgrades all necessary action pages, then checks the
database, and at last checks the rest of pgsrc.
HomePage is never upgraded.

Just did it on PhpWikiDemo.
