External URL is rendered with an extra http in the
display text, the actual link is ok.

example: http://www.wikipedia.org is rendered as
httphttp://www.wikipedia.org

the problem only shows then the theme is not loaded
due to an extra / in the url (//themes/default/....), so
it's actual not a bug but only the ALT text for the
external URL icon

I've set the alt tags on the link icons to "" (the empty
string) in the CVS code.
