If you have an event that begins and ends during the same day, the Time drop-downs behave as expected; you cannot set the end time before the begin time, and you cannot set the begin time after the end time. However, if the event spans multiple days, this is not the case, but the time drop-downs behave the same.

Example: An event that begins on Friday at 7pm and ends on Saturday at 6am. If you pick 6am on Saturday after setting 7pm on Friday, the begin time gets reset to 6am on Friday. If you then go to set the begin time back to 7pm on Friday, the javascript changes the end time to 7pm on Saturday.
