#1788 Shortened URL
My wife noticed this little bug. One of the URLs I posted through the webpage module was shortened. It was one letter over the limit apearently and that one letter was replaced by three dots which actually made the resulting URL longer not shorter.
The logic should only shorten the URL if it has to remove 4 or more characters.
