I'm using module mailto 0.1.3 with phpwebsite 0.9.3-3
stable. The script sends mails as intended.

On all pages on my website I have a menu box and
search box displayed at the left of the page.

How do I get the menu & search boxes to display with
mailto module? All I get at present is the header, footer
and mailto box.

I can post a screenshot if requested.

There is nothing to search if you are in mailto. We don't want
    mailto to support search.

As for menus, you have to go into your menu manager and
select mailto as one of the modules you'd like your menu to
appear on. Menu Manager doesn't do that automatically.

Many thanks, menus now appearing correctly on the mailto
    module.

(I had inadvertently assumed that the statement:

[ Allow View (All are selected by default)]

in the menu manager would automatically extend to new
    modules :(

    Problem solved :)
