I am trying to get phpsysinfo working on a CentoOS 6 server and when I try to access it, it just gives a 403 forbidden. It is a clean, new install of CentOS and the default apache landing page works fine along with other sub-pages. I have tried chmoding the directory, chowning it and renaming it to something else. It is behaving like there is an .htaccess file in the phpsysinfo directory that is blocking access to everything but 127.0.0.1, but I cannot find anything that would cause that. I am installing from source so there should not be any conf files in /etc or anything like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is driving me nuts!

/var/log/httpd/error.log only indicated that permission was denied, didn't say why or what. On a whim I deleted the phpsysinfo directory, redownloaded it and it worked fine. Still have no idea what happened.
