Make login.php3 an Admin page

If you want admin blocks to appear on the screen after
you have logged in, amend line 59 of login.php3 from:
$ary['section'] = "User";
to:
$ary['section'] = 'Admin';
I've also found it useful to change config.php3 to move
the 'User Profile' navigation item from the admin menu
to the normal menu - ie move:
$menuitem[] = array(
'name' => "User Profile",
'link' => $_PSL['rooturl'] . "/profile.php3",
'perm' => "user",
'module' => ""
);
up to line 303 or so. Just seems more logical to me!

The reason for $ary['section'] = "User"; instead of Admin
is to be able to display information to users logging in
that they don't need to see of every admin screen. like:
"A bunch of cool things like latest site activity and stats
should go here.
But until they do, just pick something from the NavBar and
go about your duties..."
Otherwise I agree.
