We (http://www.skoll.nl) are having the same problem, although
it gives the error on the exact same spot over and over again.
When you refresh its gone.

We are running 4.0.3pl1 (i think, at least more recent than 4.0.2).

Dunno it might have something to do with NFS, but I havent had the time
to look at it

Could be.  And that's the angle I'm pursuing with my hosting provider.
Think its causing problems also with phpprojekt which specificaly mentions
that versions older than 4.0.2 have problems...
