#2 User project permissions

I am new to PhProjekt and have a problem to set the access rights to the projects.

My problem:
A created user can not see the projects on the left hand site after login.

My workflow:
1) login as 'admin'
2) make module 'project' active (YES) (Administation -> Module -> 'module name' -> ''change setting' -> save)
3) add a user (Adminstration -> User -> plus button -> status=active -> admin=Yes -> save)
4) create some projects / subprojects (main view (home) -> plus button -> save)
5) add acess to the projects ('project at left hand side' -> BASIC DATA -> ACCESS -> select the user -> set permissions=admin -> plus button -> save)
6) add roles to the projects ('project at left hand side' -> BASIC DATA -> ROLE -> role=admin role -> select the user -> plus button -> save)

From my point of view there are some rows in the database table 'item_rights' missing for a specified user, when i setup his access rights.
Point 5/6 only sets values to database table 'project_role_user_permissions', but not to 'item_rights'.

Did i forgot to setup something or is that a bug?
Another issue: Is there a IRC-channel available or a newsgroup (sourceforge mail lists are a bad thing).

By the way:
I checked out the SVN version (build 2094)
