We have to manually escape single-quotes for strings currently when create or
edit a function. This simple patch fixes the problem so that all ' are changed
to ' ' . Fix for 2.4.2

if ($common_ver < 7.1) {
		$source = ereg_replace("\r", " ", $source);
}
// added the line below:
$source = str_replace("'","''",$source);
