This version has comprised major bugfix of the lower version, this includes

PhpMyLibrary-2.0.0 Changes: An Online Reservation module has been created. This will allow borrowers to reserve the book they want to borrow online. The Python polGenSQL program was also included to speed up the importing of MARC records. A Nuke-like themes system has been adapted. Post/PHP Nuke themes can be used even if on a non-nuked site. This is now a full package library automation software which consists of three core modules and the WebOPAC, Cataloging, and Reservation modules.

Download: PhpMyLibrary-1.0.4b-BugFix.zip. This is the Phpmylibrary bug-fix for version 1.0.4b, I encountered this error during the translation of the CDS/ISIS data to PhpMyLibrary, the importing of data is not ok, I recoded some scripts of Import.php and now it works fine. ... read more

The University of the Philippines Population Institute Library used PhpMylibrary

I am proud to announce that the University of the Philippines Population Institute Library had used the PhpMyLibrary to convert thier CDS/ISIS bibliographic records to PhpMyLibrary. Their CDS/ISIS bibliographic records can now be search online. They made it possible because they wanted their library user access their CDS/ISIS online without going traditionally to their library accessing their CDS/ISIS OPAC. ... read more

The copy of this translation will be included in the next release of PhpMyLibrary. However, you can now copy-paste this new translation at this site. Thanks to Mr. Ulrich Tiedau of Germany for updating the german translation of PhpMyLibrary.

To apply this german translation into your phpmylibrary software please do edit your polerio/lang/de/global.php and copy-paste the updated german translation included in this news article. Then edit your polerio/config/conf.php and look for the language parameter then encode 'de' as its value. The new version has been released. The file can be downloaded PhpMyLibrary-1.0.4b here!.This is a version that have a Holdings and Cataloging Modules Added. The recent module only consisted of WebPAC module and Record Import module, now you can make your own catalog entry, put an accession to it, and you're done. The First German Translation of PhpMyLibrary

I want to personally thank Ulrich Tiedau of Germany for translating the PhpMyLibrary language file in German Language as this would really help a lot of local German Libraries. The copy has been sent to me by email by Mr. Ulrich and this will probably included in the next version. The copy of the translation can be temporarily found here. ... read more

I have recieved a lot of email from phpmylibrary-users. Thank you for your interest in phpmylibrary, I hope I would be able to further enhance the software to fully support your libraries or information centers.

April 26, 2002 - I am currently working on cataloging, circulation and transaction module. I hope this would be released very soon. Now, I want to note that phpmylibrary-1.0.4a is internationalization compatible.
