#26 Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xslt_create()

HI, I am looking forward to exploring and hopefully using
this program. I installed on a W2k3 Server, I run Plesk
7.5 which also runs apache on my server. I am getting
this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xslt_create() in
D:\inetpub\vhosts\siteName\httpdocs\reservations\Index.
php on line 28.

Any suggestions? I look forward to your response.

I tried this but it didnt worked…
I use xampp on windows xp..

;phpifo

XSL enabled
libxslt Version 1.1.7
libxslt compiled against libxml Version 2.6.11
EXSLT enabled
libexslt Version 0.8.5

when i try to run samples i get errors like

Fatal error: Call to undefined function xslt_create() in ....

Can i finally have xslt running with xampp on win xp??????
