the mailformat is

" Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-15"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit"

Content-Type: application/octetstream; name="xxx"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="xxx

is it possible to define a configuration-part, so a user
can switch to different format´s ?

    Sorry for my wrong definition about the problem: My mail-
    client cannot specify the attachment as a file. So in result i
    see only the base64-code in the Mail, but have not a xxx.sql
    as a file in the attachments.

    you use:
    Content-Type: application/octetstream; name="xxx.sql"
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
    Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="xxx.sql"

    i find better is:
    Content-Type: application/octet-stream;
    name="xxx.sql"
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
    Content-Disposition: attachment;
    filename="xxx.sql"
