phpMyAdmin 2.10.2

There are two variables whith the same meaning in language files.
$strCSVImportOptions = 'CSV options'; - libraries/import/csv.php, line 21.
$strCSVOptions = 'CSV options'; - libraries/export/csv.php, line 23.
Think it's useless. $strCSVOptions is enough.

In 2.11-dev I had replaced a bunch of export options messages by just $strOptions. I just did the same for all import options, thanks.

We close it when the corresponding version is released.
