Hello all,

I have phpmyadmin 3.5.1 installed on a CentOS 6 server accessing a remote MySQL server on a remote server also running CentOS 6. Things are working fine for the most part. However I wanted to see what  phpmyadmin configuration storage is all about.

I created the phpmyadmin database and pma tables using the /examples/create_tables.sql file. I created a pma controluser that has rights to that database.

I added the following in config.inc.php. When I reload phpmyadmin, I the same message  saying  “The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. To find out why click here”. When I click there, it just shows that the various items are disabled, though I thought I just enabled them. What am I missing?

Here is what I added to config.inc.php. The docs specify that the default is just to append ‘pma’ to the table name, like ‘pma_bookmarktable’ and the default for ‘pmadb’ is ‘phpmyadmin’, which it is.

What am I missing?
