When cloning an existing user (creating a copy with updated hostname), database-specific privileges are not copied over, despite the page saying "with the same privileges."
1. Open "Users."
2. In a row, click "Edit privileges" for a user having database-specific privileges.
3. Scroll way down, update the hostname and Save.
4. Inspect the new users' privileges.
- The new user has the same database rights as the existing one.
- The new user has no database rights.
