I try to import a 13MB zipped SQL file (yes, I have incremented upload_max_filesize and post_max_size, and the correct value is displayed in the import page).
Immediately after the upload is done, I get a BLANK PAGE (the navigation column on the left is displayed but the right part of the page is blank).
There are a lot of good reasons why the import may fail, but what is absolutely wrong and is a phpmyadmin bug is the fact that you only see a blank page. An informative error message should be shown (or the import should work).
This is certainly NOT because of the max execution time limit, as the blank page is shown IMMEDIATELY after the file has finished uploading, so not even a few seconds of actual php execution times have elapsed when the blank page is shown.
Of course, the import fails (meaning the DBs are not created).
