- All SQL Queries such as Select do not work on and give errors such as: import.php: Missing parameter: import_type, format
- Inserting a row through the Insert option will give the error of tbl_replace.php: Missing parameter: goto

These issues have been present in Safari since Lion came on the scene. I reported it over a year ago in bug 3378338. I suspect that bug 3556336 might be the same issue too.

We have had the same issue in Mac OS X 10.5.8 and we upgraded to Lion few weeks ago and the issue still exists. It may just be a safari issue alltogether.

Do any of those happen with 4.0?

From a very limited amount of testing, I haven't been able to reproduce the error on a fresh install of PMA 4.0.3 using Safari 6.0.4 on Mac OS X 10.8.3.

I did used to experience this issue frequently and gave up using PMA on Safari (opting for Firefox instead).

I shall update all my PMA installs to 4.0.3 and switch back to using Safari for a few days and see what happens...
