Borders in IE9 look blurry due to specifying sizes in em and round buttons have backgrounds outside of their black frame (see screenshot 1).

AJAX "Loading" message is misaligned in both themes (aligned to left instead of being centered).

I submitted a patch for the misaligned AJAX message (patch ID 3287065).

About the blurry borders, how to produce it?

  • Try changing font size on Home.

As for backgrounds for round buttons (borders.png, bottom), it's due to using CSS filter which seems to work correctly only for rectangles and does not respect background-clipping property. It could be solved by using filter only for IE6-IE8, and adding another fallback background: an SVG image as described on [1]. Apart from working in IE9, it would give us also gradients in Opera older than 11.10. SVG could be generated on server (so that there will be only one file for all gradients).

I think this is fixed in 3.4.0-rc2.
