Replace this line:
$MAX_ROWS_PER_PAGE=50; #max number of rows in select per one page
with this line:
$MAX_ROWS_PER_PAGE=500; #max number of rows in select per one page

Most developer's screens are 17 inch or more and 500 rows is quite manageable and requires less clicking compared to just showing 50 rows.

Inadvertently submitted as bug, and should have been submitted as feature request.

well, I think 50 is enough because:
    - many people work from laptops with about 800px height screen
    - more than 50 rows taking more time to perform on server and load/render in browser
    - while 50 rows enough to get overwiev of the table

Anyway $MAX_ROWS_PER_PAGE is a easy to edit constant in the header of the php file, so i think each developer can adjust it for it's needs.

If I'll get more feedback about this - probably I would add this setting on the Settings screen
