I've browsed the archives to see if anyone else had the
same problem as I have. I didn't see anyone who had
the exact same problem that I have, so I have to resort
to this.

I get the following errors when loading the main page
for the helpdesk after installation...

Notice: Undefined variable: partfound in
D:\Intranet\Helpdesk\phphelpdesk\languages\english.la
ng.php on line 256

Notice: Undefined variable: p_id in
D:\Intranet\Helpdesk\phphelpdesk\languages\english.la
ng.php on line 258

Notice: Undefined variable: whattodo in
D:\Intranet\Helpdesk\phphelpdesk\config\header.conf.p
hp on line 14

I saw a similar error from another user and when I saw
that this product does not work
without 'register_globals' set to 'off' I changed my
php.ini file to reflect this, but that did not solve my
problem.

Also, when I click on 'Login', I get a Page Not Found
error.

This helpdesk was installed by my predecessor on a
OpenBSD/Apache web server and it has been working
with no problems. Now, 'the Management' wants it to
be moved to a Windows 2000 web server.

I am using Windows 2000 Server, IIS 5, PHP 5, and
MySQL 4.0.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not using PHP 5, but PHP 4.3.5 instead.

Well turn you warnings in the PHP.ini of and enable globals.
Then you should be on the right way
