Hi,
As per John's request to put all RFEs here I am
reposting this from the forum
I am really enjoying phpGedView. When I come across
features I see elsewhere my first reaction is always "I
wish phpGedView had this".
One such project I just came across is not open source
but can serve as a source of some ideas.
the site is at
http://www.infused-solutions.com/software/phpgene_pro/index.htm
Features that I like are
a) Reports including Ancestor (Ahnentafel) reports.
b) pdf output of charts and reports. This would allow
among other things taking a generated pdf to a printing
service to print multi generation charts.

One free product that I found that might help in the
pdf generation is http://www.rustyparts.com/pdf.php
it seems to be a php script that can convert html to
pdf output. Since pdf wouldn’t have to be generated
from scratch but rather a modified html version (i
assume the current pedigree page would have to be
modified but I might be wrong) it would probably not be
too bad. the help forum for the product can be found at
http://www.rustyparts.com/phpBB/viewforum.php?f=8 It
seems to have problems with css and I assume it might
have with the layers phpGedView but I really don't know.

Thanks

PDF Reports have been added to the CVS for a v3.2 release.

Hi, this package is very good for HTML to PDF generation.
Could be used as some kind of add-on.
