In the Interactive Tree, when zoomed out the following should happen (from help):"when your mouse hovers over a box you will get an enlarged view of what is inside it." Instead the box shows some html '<img style= ' etc.

Works on my site. keldine.ca/phpGedView
This might have something to do with "Hover". On my site, you have to click on the box to get the enlarged view, and you have to click on the enlarged view to reduce it again.
I got it to happen on your site. You need to zoom out by clicking the '-' icon twice or at leadt enough to make the man and woman icons go away.
I tried this on my site, using Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, and IE 8 as well as IE 9. The error did not appear.
The reporter accessed my site, and the problem showed up all version of IE, but not in Firefox and Chrome.
Since it works on my site and nobody else has reported similar problems. it HAS to be a bad IE configuration at the reporter's end. I can't imagine what IE configuration option would cause this,
I requested visitor access to the reporter's site and was refused. No further investigation is possible -- the problem can't be reproduced
