V0.2 Released

After much wailing and gnashing off teeth I have managed to get the adding user to groups to work.? This has no been tested on a virgin AD ( 2003 ) and the included config.php file reflects that, this should help people get started with smaller AD enviroments.?

Also included the start of what could be called a User Interface.

Things still to be done:

* Better error trapping ( duplicate username etc etc )
* Update existing users ( other than your own ).
* Fix Update display info
* And so it goes on……
