Image Resizer Powertoy Clone for Windows 2.0 Beta Released

A new version of the Image Resizer PowerToy Clone for Windows has been released.

This is a clone of the Image Resizer Powertoy for Windows XP -- a PowerToy that allows you to right click on one or more image files in Windows Explorer to resize them. This clone was created to extend support to non-XP and 64-bit versions of Windows (including Vista).

As of 2009-01-09 12:28, this project may now be found at: http://www.codeplex.com/PhotoToysClone

In version 2.0, the entire application has been re-written in Visual C++. This means that 64-bit is now supported! Also note that the Alternate UI application has been removed from this version (as it is no longer needed).

This release is only a Beta. There are still a few things not implemented including pre-XP support and comprehensive error handling, so please be gentle.
