I'd like to be able to click on the "fork me" button on a project's website, and automatically get redirected to my own phorkie instance.

For this, we need two things:
- Allow the user to register his phorkie instance as web+fork-git:// protocol handler
- Handle the requests by providing an URL parameter that pre-fills the remote fork URL field. The user then has to confirm the fork by clicking "fork remote paste".

We could offer two options: With or without confirmation.

When the user is not logged in, we replace the default "fork" button URL with the web+fork-git:// one. Question is what to do when the user is logged in.
