As of Phenotype 2.10 (maybe earlier) Tickets with attachments can not be displayed anymore. They throw an 500 error.
Will update the ticket with exact verbose server error...
Seems to be leftover dev code :) I don't have the tokens table in my DB.
SQL Error 1146 - Table 'storecheck.tokens' doesn't exist DELETE FROM tokens WHERE token='Document %1 attached.' AND section='Ticket'
Token that's missing: "Document %1 attached." thrown in PhenotypeBackend_Ticket_Process.class.php
