#19 Cannot reload modules

Cannot reload modules on version 1.4.2

Using perl 5.6.0 on RH7.2.

whenever invoke ${commandprefix}plugins reload PluginName

always receive error
Couldn't unload 'PluginName'

This occurs on all plugins even the preprovided ones.

Actaully found out a further diagnosis to the problem above. It does appear to unload the modules. However, somewhere internally it appears that they don't get marked as unloaded (or deleted from the list). The bot then thinks it's still loaded and refuses to reload it.

You have to completely restart the bot to reset the list.
