GetWindowText() is the function that pulls the data i want in case
anyone wants to know.

You're talking about this list of open windows, right? If the
information you're looking for is what's in the title bar of a Window,
I have no idea how to get it directly from the taskbar, but it's
fairly trivial to grab from the window itself using Win32::Guitest
If that's what you're looking for I can find some source code to send
you as an example.
