FYI: When setting a Window's Left and Top properties, the values are=20
relative to any parent Window's interior. With Move that isn't so.
Four hours later I find that truly annoying.
We need a Wiki.
I'm not sure, and I'm not particularly interested in investigating it at=20
this time either, but this parent thing only seems to affect toolbar=20
windows (-addexstyle =3D> WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW), even though my other windows=
indeed have a -parent. This is probably why no-one bumped into it before.

I will convert the current Win32::GUI Documentation project website
to Wiki within 2 weeks and post its URL for those who would like
to see the difference between the two.
