OK. Since I don't need blib then, here is my question. The example I
am looking at is buttons.pl. When I ad the -icon ref, the text
disappears. Is this not the proper way to add an icon to a button?
-name =3D> "SomeName",
-left =3D> 5,
-top =3D> 5,
-text =3D> "Print Somehing!",
-tabstop =3D> 1,
-icon =3D> "./Iconfile.ico"
Can anyone tell me how to install perl modules; the complete process?????
I have installed ActiveState ActivePerl 5.8 in my Windows 2000 machine.

Then these are the steps I follow:
Download the lastest version of Win32::GUI from the sourceforge website.
When you've downloaded the file and opened the zip you should see the
Extract the files into a directory (in my case C:\development)
the extracted files should now be in the directory Win32-GUI-0.0.670-PPM-5.8
cd to this directory (C:\development\Win32-GUI-0.0.670-PPM-5.8)
ppm install Win32-GUI.ppd
That should be it.
