Hi Christian,

You need to use a 1.5 JDK which has the jvmpi.h file
(for jprof compilation only, once compiled you can use it with a different version).

I'm not sure what's the overlap between msdk and Performance Inspector,
it seems that for Java Lock Monitoring msdk provides more information
(PI gives a summary report).
