Microsoft released revision 10.0 of update 927891 on the 24 may 2007 which has solved the problem caused to PeerGurdian.

Probably explains why I was the only person to have been affected.

Hmmm didnt solve my problems, PG2 appears to function in every way it has, but I can not get it to block anything or show allowed IPs or history, etc. now. It will not install and work the way it had for me the last 2 years. I uninstalled all Windows Updates going back the last year and still no luck. Maybe your advice might help some though.

I have no visible history either but I know from testing that the filters do work. Why there is nothing recorded in the history is anyone's guess.

Have you actively tried going to a site you know to be banned? Click the LIST MANAGER button and select a list, OPEN it and try to access one of the ip addresses. Mine works adequately.

Unles you are an avid history checker I'd not worry about it.
Have you tried uninstalling AND deleting the PeerGuardian2 folder before reinstalling with a new downloaded version? Did is what I did and it stopped failing. Some Microsoft incomatabilities still exist but it's working.
